1. Arcadia Millenium Project in Thailand
Superbly positioned on Pattaya’s vibrant 3rd Road and soaring 46 storeys into the azure, Arcadia Millennium Tower is an iconic new landmark in the evolution of the city’s skyline.
This project is using KITSEN Self-climbing Platform for outside protection, which will be completed in June 2022. Arcadia Millennium Tower has 46 floors and contains 803 total units, Units range from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom.
2. United Bank Head Quarter Building Project in Ethiopia
The United Bank Head Quarter Building Project, located in the CBD of Addis Ababa Area. It was built by China Jiangsu International Economic-Technical Cooperation Corp (CJIETCC) and invested by United Bank S.C.. The 30-storey headquarters will be 119m high and will have four basements. It will also include an employee lounge, conference rooms, and a parking lot that can serve up to 200 cars at once.
It is an arc-shaped building, which means it is much more difficult to work by the self-climbing platform, but we did it finally and approved by the owner and the general contractor.
3. D’ Rapport Residences Project in Malaysia
Cradled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, D’RAPPORT Residences is a 9.12 acres oasis within the hustle and bustle of Malaysia’s capital city. It was built by China Railway Engineering Corporation, totally 5 buildings with 37 storeys.
This project started construction in June 2015, using a variety of internationally advanced building construction techniques, including Self-climbing Platform System, Aluminum Formwork System, BIM technology, etc. The project quality and management level are recognized and praised by the construction industry.
